Honestly, just reduce some #'s a tad as a band-aid solution for the time being.
How hard is that?

It would matter as it would factually reduce his power while we wait for kit/mechanical changes.
Reducing his power some is better than nothing being done on either front.

He still have a 90% pick and ban rate in pro today. So they are nerfing him more. Yet there are post that are up in arms about it because once again they are saying he be unplay able.

Minor # reductions wouldn't cause major backlash.
A GIANT nerf to Kass' Ult range when they told us essentially that they weren't going to touch his Ult... that's a different story.
Even if it did create major backlash, Riot needs to be less soft to the whiners & make the changes that are legitimately healthy for game balance.
Lee is out-of-control, it's irrefutable. Honest Lee mains should acknowledge this & suck up that some nerfing must come.
