@Xypherus I'm a little worried about the AP levels in the mage item rework

So far all the ideas about Mana MR, CDR and Utility seam reasonable and I like a lot of them.

But I'm a bit worried about the availability of AP. Whenever you touched that stat you lowered it. Granted you also lowered the prices, but that only means that Deathcap now is the only big AP item remainin.

It's nice for a supp, but I wonder if other AP champs may be unable to compete with AD champs in lategame simply because there is nothing they could spend their gold on.
