Skins are just cosmetical! But.... (gameplay related)

Darius Dunk master has a execution sign (Flaming hoop/backboard), meanwhile his basic skin does not have any execution sign. Could you fix this riot?

Darius does have an execution signal for his passive - a big, bleeding skull appears over the head of any enemy at five Hemorrhage stacks. Check my attachment - should clear things up.

Just played a bot game to test it out before I posted, no flaming skull vs a nasus, even with 140 life at lvl 6. Maybe there is some time lock or it bugged. Edit: I guess it will show up at five stacks only? Makes no sense to me if it doesn't show up with 0~4 stack if you can kill the enemy with the true damage. 140 hp 4 stack = no good, don't ult bro! 350 hp 5 stack = Kill him!
