Yasuo being balanced, I can get behind. He does have a fairly high skill ceiling and from what I've seen so far Riot appears to have gotten rid of the scourge that was Frozen Mallet Phantom Dancer Yasuo, so okay.
ADC's need a buff? ADC's are doing their job just fine. They are dealing alot of damage, check. They are able to wave clear well. Check. They are shredding tanks. Check. They are still the sole reason us assassin mains get out of bed in the morning? Check, well except for that one champion 
Oh, you're one of those ADC's that believe assassins shouldn't counter ADC's....even though that's their entire design idea. That explains alot.
Supports being luggage? Um...may I introduce you to Blitzcrank? Or like, pretty much any other support. They happen to be the sole reason us assassin's aren't jumping on you all day. They certainly aren't luggage, and all the changes Riot's made means that a good support has a ridiculous amount of tools to keep us assassin's off your back.
So, either you want ADC's to be able to duel assassins, which shouldn't be the case at all because ADC beats tank, Tank beats Assassin, and Assassin beats ADC. ((Over simplified I know but it's a general idea of what assassins are supposed to do)) or you are boosted.
I am inclined to believe that the former is the case as you also want Ryze to be deleted. Seeing as how Ryze is now very reliant on strigning his abilities together in combos that can take quick thinking and experience to know which to use at the right time, I think you just have a problem bursting you down when you play a role that requires you to build zero armor or mr.
And I thought us low ELO's were the only ones capable of making bullshit posts like this one....
