(In response to That Evelynn - http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/Zw7bKbir-you-cant-be-banned-for-not-following-the-meta-riots-support-website)

And it worked out fine. Don't get me wrong, my team had a fit but I am pretty sure that I don't need to play the game like you want me to play it. I will play the game how I want to play it, I don't give a fuck if little timmy is having a little fit that he can't get "A real jungler" and I don't care if it is ranked or normals. You know why? Because I'm not trolling, and if you don't want put to use the command that YOU PUT IN THE GAME FOR US TO USE

/Muteall

Then stop 'getting' people with using this sly ass little complaint of "You are negatively impacting other players." Most players don't want to participate in a toxic community, actually, most players just want to either play your game or just have something to do while talking to friends. That Evelynn deserves a skin.

There's nothing wrong with playing Singed jungle or Singed support.

What the player in question is doing, is taking a role and not doing its job.

It honestly baffles me that people still think hes in the right here. Its been pointed out that he was refusing to do his role and was ruining the game for his team.

Yet he won more games than the people in his elo . . .?

And this is relevant how?

Toxic players don't get immunity to punishment because they're good at the game, so I don't see why people who find other ways of ruining the game should be immune to punishment because they're good.

He also wasn't toxic, nor did Riot say that he was toxic. He was just playing a different meta, here, you too have a good read.

I didn't say he was toxic, I was pointing out that Riot doesn't make ban exceptions because you're good at the game, as toxic players have proved over and over. While this guy wasn't toxic, he was still ruining the game for his teammates and not communicating and no matter how much he carried that doesn't make him immune to punishment.

You won't get banned for playing Singed Jungle or Singed Support, you will get banned for fucking around in the enemy jungle the entire game as a support without at least talking to your team about it first, since they're playing based on certain expectations and you should get their go-ahead to take a game strategy wildly outside of that so you're not ruining people's game experience.

I see your link.

He was not banned for not sticking to meta, he was banned for lack of communication.

Get your facts straight before you start acting like an idiot.

  1. REPORT A SUMMONER FOR NOT FOCUSING ON THE TEAM ASPECT OF THE GAME

Pulled from the page you linked. You can play off Meta but you still have to prove you are playing as part of the team. Player was manually audited and his games did not reflect teamwork.

You can win all you want, doesn't mean your team is having a good time.

What the hell? I really hope Riot decides to comment on this. I know they won't, but I'm an optimist who really wants someone to answer for this nonsense.

What happened to "it's the team's job to ward, not just the supports"? What happened to supports being allowed to roam? Why exactly is a support not allowed to counter jungle?

I understand communication being key, but these three things should not be points used by Riot to justify their actions here. If they want it to be the support's job to ward they need to come out and say so. If they want supports to be babysitters ONLY, rather than have some variety in support play styles and allow supports to support the whole team, they need to come out and say so.

And counter jungling? What the fuck Riot. If you're going to enforce a meta just go all out on it already, don't do it behind the scenes and through customer support.

Dude, he got banned for trolling not for playing "off-meta". If you dont think that playing as Smite, no Sightstone, beeing in jungle only, Singed SUPPORT is not trolling, your definition of trolling needs some change!

The only execption to this is, that him going 2nd jungle was a TEAM Decision!!! And the fact that he got reported, tells me that that was not the case.

If you still dont see it, then view it from the adc, you get a supp, getting a singed sup is already pretty bad, but its not impossible! But then he just plays jungle leaves you 1v2, you get no farm, maybe die a couple of times and you basicly have a fantastic game... NOT!
