That way she will still have huge burst damage, but she can't juke you every 8 seconds. Make her w cooldown like 20 seconds because it is such a powerful ability with waveclear and mobility.

Well for who i use (Lux/anivia/viktor) I just lead her into my attacks I know how mobility champs love to avoid skillshots and dash in for damage so i bait their dash and out-trade them
