Hecarim is probably the most oppressive jungler right now
His current state leaves almost no counterplay. He runs in does a shit ton of of damage and is stupidly tanky thanks to his built in sustain.
I personally think his AS should be lowered and his healing on W should be reduced. For a jungle who can just come out of nowhere and nuke someone who is half hp I don't think it is wise to let him also have as much healing as he gets against champions including his own allies contributing to it and be able to have that much sustained damage afterwards. Without external AS buffs he hits 1.22 AS at lvl 18 with just
which is quite a lot when you consider the fact that his Q technically an source of bonus damage that doesn't interrupt his AAs. I believe at level 6 hecarim can hit around 400-420 damage on full rotation with 1 AA and no red buff or smite which is enough to halve most champions that aren't building tank and he will still have enough mana to sit on you for awhile especially if he has blue buff. You add red and smite and its probably around 500-550 damage at level 6 with 0 items on just the initial ult E hit and aa Q rotation assuming he doesn't get bonus damage from using his ult to move even faster. And if you say just burst him when he goes in: he guarantees 150 healing off that rotation not including any damage his allies add to heal him more.
I forgot to mention that he also has a really optimal jungle clear as well because he can easily do raptors and krugs, the most valuable camps right now.
He reminds me of when Lee Sin when he could just build bruiser and one shot the carry except he's capable of potentially wiping an entire team if he gets his lead and keeps it and is immune to being CC locked on his engage.
