You didn't have an intelligent response. Talking about counter play like an echo through boards. Get an original thought and we can talk intelligently. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
Alright, I'll go deeper for you.
In the end Xayah has no dashes. Xayah has no real mobility and only has her ultimate to keep her alive if she gets caught. Her survival in a fight depends entirely on her team to peel for her and when she ults, she's the most vulnerable directly after. You beat Xayah the same way you beat any ADC. With patience. You wait for her root to be down, you wait for her ult to be down and she's pretty easy to lock down and kill.
Any champion is really strong when they're ahead and its important to know the difference between a broken champion and just a few bad run ins on her. For instance you, mentioned earlier that "My problem with Xayah is she casts abilities like she uses Energy" (Paragraph 1.) Here is a link to the most popular builds in Plat+ on the Korean server. https://na.op.gg/champion/xayah/statistics/adc
As you can see,
is the core item on every build. What this item does, is that it grants a base 10% CDR that scales with critical strike chance up to a cap of 30% so off of one item she's gaining 30% CDR (well not one item, she needs 2 other crit items) And every critical strike restores 3% of her maximum mana pool. So not only is she gaining CDR which lowers the cooldowns of her abilities; she's also gaining mana for every crit she lands. So if you want to talk about Xayah, don't talk about Mana and Abilities. She only has a 50% win rate and is picked 14% of the time.
She's balanced, statistically and visibly. Any champion when fed looks overpowered and you need to understand that just because you cannot comprehend why something is good, does not mean it is broken. It means you are lacking the understanding necessary to make a claim of this magnitude and until you can, should never do so. You came on the board begging for us to quote:

Let me know what you think.
Yet when we have differing opinions, you get butthurt. Edit your post to say: "Comment a like-minded opinion so we can both complain about how totally broken she is."
