Some tasteful Tahm nerfs.

  • When an enemy's Acquired Taste stacks are consumed by Devour, Tahm cannot apply new stacks to them for 2.5 seconds.
  • Devour's cooldown increased to 24 / 22 / 20 / 18 / 16 seconds, but refunds 40% of the cooldown if Tahm Devours an enemy unit.
  • Devour's %HP damage to enemies is reduced to 20 / 21 / 22 / 23 / 24% Max Health (AP scaling unchanged), but now also reduces the target's Armor and Magic Resistance by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% for 2.5 seconds.
  • Abyssal Voyage's passive bonus damage reduced to 15 (+ 4 / 5 / 6% of Tahm's Bonus Health).

Basically trading a chunk of Devour's up-front damage for an Armor/MR shred. I mean, gastric juices DO break things down. During the Armor/MR shred, there's also a grace period where Tahm can't acquire a taste for them. I mean, they're still a bit swamped in digestive fluid. That can't be particularly appetizing, even for someone like Tahm.

Also raised Devour's cooldown, but gave it a refund on enemies that more or less maintains its live values against foes. And a nerf to his ult passive bonus because that bonus is frankly too large as is.

I think Tahm has an interesting design as a juggernaut-support, which is why I mainly wanted to trim some fat instead of just gutting him.

Some of the numbers probably aren't tuned right. Particularly the A/MR shred, which probably needs to be reduced.

The idea I was going for is there, though.
