What string of nerfs are you talking about? She has not been nerfed in a LONG time. They just took off 3 AD which will only affect her early game slightly... easily can be made up with good runes, and the bonus mana regen on jungle items was more of an adjustment than anything...

She is nearly at a 51% (rounding up) in plat+, are these nerfs even needed?

I do think she is in need of some slight nerfs but I didn't think her clear time was the issue. Keep in mind she is THE best jungler in Korea right now so I guess that is what prompted a nerf to her

I did look into it more, and she is at 55% in the lcs even. And if these patches are about worlds, she might be to "strong" for pro play.
