The nerf thet Fizz Need!

Right now if you use an ability and fizz use his E your ability goes on CD when the animation of your ability never start because the target wasent there!

So they can keep what ever they want from power of fizz but ALLOW us to have some counterplay to him and our abilities to not go on CD

This will stop the "I am going top lane and every time the enemy try to use an ability i will just E and win trades because he dosent have CDs and i have"

No if use it just to win trades with that skill he will get punished because your abilities wouldnt be on CD and you would be able to hit him when the duration of his E ends!!

Fizz is untargetable when using his E, so naturally a Fizz player will use to their advantage and bait out your main damage output, dodge it, and win the trade. Easiest counter play to this is to just bait the E out by poking, and get away before he explodes the magical AOE damage and slow. The E is on a hefty cooldown in earlier levels, so punish him for that. It really isn't that bad that in needs a nerf hahaha
