How exactly did Dynamic Q promo teamwork?
I as a solo player had seen nothing but premades who barely ever say a single thing in the game, talk more in /all chat than team chat, don't ping, and ignores pings.

Teamwork isn't encouraged unless its a full 5v5.
Anyone outside of the circle is just getting screwed by their team.
