Compensation buffs for cait?

Plat+ (patch 10.1 from u.gg)

1. Win rate - 50.21% (9th best)
2. Pick Rate - 25.8%
3. Ban Rate - 20.2%

Diamond+

1. Win rate - 49.68% (16th best)
2. Pick Rate - 22.8%
3. Ban Rate - 15.8%

Masters+

1. Win rate - 48.71% (15th best)
2. Pick Rate - 14.1%
3. Ban Rate - 5%

Nerfs to cait:

• Caitlyn no longer gets bonus Headshots by inputting the attack-move command near the target while they are trapped and netted simultaneously (No machine gun cait)
• Caitlyn can no longer use attack-move to attack trapped or netted targets while she is crowd controlled. (was a bug cause she could in zhonas)
• STORMRAZOR - TOTAL ATTACK DAMAGE 55 ⇒ 50
• CLOAK OF AGILITY - CRITICAL STRIKE 25% ⇒ 20%

According to stats last patch she was not OP and got worse as you go up in rank. I understand that the 2nd bug fix was needed because that was broken. The first I do not see as it is skill expression taken out of the game and was not an easy combo to pull off. Since she got 1 direct nerf and 2 indirect can we get a compensation buff?

Possible buffs (Done independently):

1. AS growth - this will give her a better late game to make up for the crit loss
2. Base AS up - I dont feel she needs damage so making other parts a bit better to make HS stack quickly
