Since we have "Melee only" items that make fighters stronger

Can we get "Immobile only" items that make champs with no dashes / jumps / blinks stronger? Maybe like a 120 AP item that gives the Distortion enchant? (Reduces the cooldown of summoner spells by 15% and grants additional effects upon using them).

This might just be what is needed to make seen more in solo queue again.

(Yes, I'm aware this item would make Annie overbearing, but why not go Riot's typical route and just gut the champion when they introduce an item that makes them over the top?)

Ranged nukers already have the advantage of being ranged and dealing massive amounts of damage, and you want to make them stronger and increase CDR in their kits and items? Sounds good, sign me up cuz I hate melee champs anyway. Kappa

Eh, I agree that mobility needs to be nerfed, but that's not the way to do it.

They just need to reduce the mechanical power of mobility overall. Making all movement-preventing CCs stop dashes would go a long way to giving immobile champions a way to compete with mobile ones on the same level.
