For the love of god, don't let this item get into the game!

I have played some AD assassins like Talon and Zed on the pbe server and all I can say is that they are now absolutely obnoxious to deal with. Tune this item down or remove it completely or the meta will change completely. There are also videos about the Duskblade showing exactly how blatantly op this item is.

Assassins should be feast or famine, with this item it doesn't matter anymore. Assassins which lost lane or are behind will still oneshot squishies easily. Without any effort.
