Jungle- Sustain junglers suggestion
It may sound crazy, buy why don't we make machete give more gold than the tier 2 upgrade and normalize it at tier 3? The is no point farming with a sustain jungler without going back on the first clear (3 camps). The gold difference is pifious if you farm all day, since with the tier 2 you have sustain, clear faster and get more gold.
"You can farm all day in the jungle since lvl one, but you will be punished if you don't B the the upgrade!". Makes no sense at all. Sustain junglers, as riot said before, must be able to sustain so they can gank after, but they pay up with poor ganking skills. (WW lvl 6, Fiddle - has cc but no damage). And then you have lee sin, reksai that will wreck the jungle and gank all day with the upgrade.
