Please give me teammates .... stop with this MMR crap

So, so so tired of being paired with people who constantly feed. I get it, bad games happen- but after SIX GAMES in a row, I constantly get a laner who feeds (sometimes two people) and it feels like ... why do they have the same MMR as me? Turns out they have less MMR, but they're still matched with me. I don't care if I lose ranked, but i'm tired of being stomped because Riot provides me teammates who constantly die so often and miss their skillshots.

I feel like i'm being held hostage by this game, that trying my best as a Support Main = your skills don't mean shit. It's all about that coin toss, whether you got the good teammates or the bad ones. Guess I keep landing on the bad side of the coin because god I can't win ANY of my games when people feed. I can't take rank seriously when a 3 / 12 Fizz keeps repeating the same mistake and I see the same kind of player every game I play. There's no carrying that, at all.
