Allstarts hypercarries

So I have been watching allstarts and they picked some interesting champions with more or less success. But one thing I couldn't not see is and . Like most champions that showed up multiple times are early to mid game strong laners like for bruisers who aren't famous about their scaling. But and scale insanely well. I just feel it a little weird if they are such good and safe picks in this early to mid gamemode. I know it's 1v1 but it is basically laning, and the best counterplay to hypercarries is punishing them on lane. Now I don't play ADC but I know that they are very hard to deal with if they get ahead and lately I have seen players in my games usually lose to them (either mine or enemy). So I'm asking the ADCs here what do they think about this.
