He seems rather balanced from my glance. My only worry is his E knock-up may be a bit much as is, but only a little. To be honest, I would rather new champions be released a tiny bit weak so that they aren't permabanned on release.

Sasogwa1 votesI was intrigued by his passive improvement of item, but when I saw the figures I was like meh. Not broken and only relevant in 6 item games really. It pretty much depends on his base stats now, I don't think his kit is really more overloaded with CC than other tanks tbh.
