Easiest marksman in the game?

Ever since DynamicQ happened I stopped playing ranged champions altogether because I would only get top, jungle and the occasional support but now I'm getting autofilled more and more as ADC. Which sucks of course since I can't attack move and I always play like I have 3 tank items in my inventory which often leads to me dying.

Since pretty much every marksman in the game is extremely difficult with all the shit you have to consider like positioning, attack-moving and not hugging the enemy team I would like to ask you which one of them comes closest to a faceroll champion and which one I should pick up in the future. I just want to be able to stand still and auto attack the enemy team without having to worry about as little about anything else happening as possible.
