Aery is the only rune in the game that can negatively impact the champions that use it (especially Teemo), by revealing their location in stealth.

Despite this Aery is still so good (Broken) that it's Teemo's recommended rune on sites like OP.GG

You can take another rune, but no other champion in the game has to decide to take a worse rune because the best one counters their own kit. [sg-shisa] FIX AERY

I thought this was going to be asking to remove the fact that he can proc it with the last ticks of his E.
