You say that you would gain "strat", which I must assume means strategy, which is in fact false. The only strategy that would exist would be trying to figure out how to die, so you could buy items and actually realize your advantage without throwing your lead or mitigate your deficit without extending your opponents lead.

It would also greatly inhibit lane swapping strategy and effectively force people to just fight until they die which there exists no strategy in. It removes so much game play and strategy it just make the game rather boring and lopsided in favor of high damage champs and builds only.
