How to Make Games Last Longer and Less of a Stomp

It's 1 of the only 3 bosses on Summoner's Rift, yet it feels like you're fighting a less powerful more tanky Ryze Bot. You can pretty much solo baron with Jax Yi and Xin Zhao. Why.
Rift Herald is more of a challenge than this. Can we make it so instead of being able to Solo / Duo Baron at 20 minutes, you'd need your entire team and the entire enemy team to be aced to even stand a chance at getting a baron buff when it comes up at 20 minutes. Better Yet, make him do increasingly more damage the more ahead your team is than theirs. Make it slow the attack speed of champions if it hits them with its line gunk ability, make it do % Health True damage with it's 3 gunk shots, etc. Make him a fucking beast that can only be reckoned with late into the game or by a very skilled, ahead team.
