Good Job Riot

I'm actually very impressed with the latest champion. Completely ignoring the troll potential.

This champion has mobility without being a straight up dash. I guess you could call it situational mobility, which is both fun and balanced. It's also quite "unique", it's different from other things and a first in League of Legends.

Let's hope Riot keeps it up and releases more creative and fun balanced champions. Just because its mobility doesn't mean it's broken.

Completely ignoring the troll potential.

This is correct. Give the trolls ANY champion, and the result is the same. Please people, don't go blaming that beautiful champion (Bard) when its finally released.
