I think i got something here for Riven that is reasonable
After reading ekko's changes on the 515-pbe-cycle
Champion: Ekko Parallel Convergence (W) shield value changed to** 80/100/120/140/160 (1.5 AP) from 150/195/240/285/330 (.8 AP)** Chronobreak (R) heal reduced to 20% of damage taken over last 4 seconds from 20/25/30% Chronobreak (R)** heal AP ratio increased to "(0.066 AP)% [so 6.66% per 100 AP] of the damage taken over the last 4 seconds" from "(0.033 AP)% [so 3.33% per 100 AP]**of the damage taken over the last 4 seconds.
i realized riven bears a lot of similarities with ekko. and i think this is a good route to take for champions of this nature that scale very well and exclusively with one dmg type. now this riven "nerf" id be proposing here wouldn't be as drastic but enough to make her all around less cancerous/toxic/whathaveyou.
it could be on a specific spell. would be a good place to start.
this would in no way change her mid to late game state what so ever. but makes her less of a bully in lane early game.
- she already has the ability to evade ganks quite easily/high mobility going for her, shouldn't this be sufficient for her early game,
- She can get back to lane fast and cs with relative safety)
- As well is execellent wave clear
- and excellent roam potential. She has ample means to get the necessary items she would need to reach her full potential if such a nerf were to be implemented.
all this would help do is keep her a bit more passive first few minutes of the game.
so along this theme if you were to do to riven what is being done to ekko, where/on what part of her kit would you apply it to and how?
to recap what is being done to ekko is taking away from base damage but relocating it into the scaling portion such that it should even out with the right items. now with ekko this is a pretty extreme instance. what i'd be calling for riven would be a tad less intense.
without the 50% dmg reduction.
