He always was ban in every game. Because his gameplay is annoyingly toxic no matter how weak or strong he is. He is like old Yorick, Fizz, Irelia, Zed and many others. No matter how weak he currently is, nobody wants to play against him. I usually beat Yas, playing Riven top or Garen top. I still often ban him, because he is annoying and I don't want anybody on my team to have to have a miserable game because he exists.

Yas is death to a lot of summoners like Luxe. He blocks everything
