Can we add one more item to Orrn?

Now before you downvote because i want to say , hear me out. Assassins are early to mid game champions who often resort to buying crit in order to do their job in the late game.

Can we add duskblade to Orrn and give it;

1. Extra damaging effects from items count as a crit
2. Duskblade converts critical strike chance into AD (At a 1:1 ratio)

This DRAMATICALLY increases dusk blades proper use and lets assassins do their job better without breaking the item entirely or making it absurdly toxic.
