so.. as runes are 10 IP for the moment ..
i bought all ctr chance runes
and they came to total of 20.1% ctr chance..
i tried it on yasuo and i had 40% ctr at level 1..
early game was very dominating .
but later on is pretty non-sense , YET... you can start

Yasuo has 55 base damage. Also it gets reduced by armor. But not having AS runes hurts you a lot. You should have 15-25 % AS from runes to be able to trade effectively with Q.
