Not fill, because fill basically = support.
I want to randomly choose a preference for me. Like just randomly choose me a primary and secondary.
That, or fix fill so its not basically the same thing as choosing support.

OniZetsu6661 votesYeah that's actually what I mean sorry if I wasn't clear. I am used to having it where each team bans someone and then its first come first serve for champs/roles. I main supports so if I want to I would be able to choose support to support and not really have any guess work and worry that I will not get the spot?

But I mean I guess random would be okay but at the same time I feel like you could just go play blind pick and take whatever role is left over. Although I get that's not the same because there's no bans and you don't get to see what the other team is playing.
Barkley1 votesYour experience is quite odd. I play with quite a few people that "main" fill, and basically all of our games are all support. I'd say like 70-80% of my games as fill are support, and I have quite a few friends that'll say the same.
In fact, I'm pretty certain most of the community would say the same. Fill puts you into whatever role comes up first, and since support is BY FAR the least played role, you end up getting support more than anything. It just makes sense. And honestly, its working as intended. I have no complaints about the current system.
I just wish there was a way that I could truly randomly pick a role, instead of picking whatever's needed. I want to be able to press "random" and in 50 games, get -roughly- 10 of each role.
