@Riot With the upcoming Tank items, does this mean that Karthus might get looked at for buffs soon?

Keep in mind, that even though Karthus is doing fairly well right now, with the new items and champion updates I fear that Karthus will end up getting hit hard by the changes.

Now, when the patch DOES arrive and the tanks get their items and stuff, what are the chances that Karthus will need to be looked at for buffs? IIRC y'all said one of the reasons Adaptive helm was created was so that you could look at the mages it was built against (Cass, Corki, and Karthus) and see if it created problems for them later down the road. I'm just speculating at the moment, but with all these changes, what are your speculations as to what will happen? As far as I can tell, those types of mages aren't exactly played much to begin with, I'm just concerned that the new items and updates will push people even farther than what's currently going on.

If he DOES get looked at for a buff, all I ask is that you DON'T touch the ult. It's fine as it is, and it always has been. Everyone keeps whining about it, but to be honest, it's not the only thing he's good with. His BIGGEST problem is his wall and maybe the ticks to his E. My possible suggestion for W would be to either revert the nerf, or at least add the Grounded debuff to it (it would last about 2 seconds I think). As for the E, maybe buff the tick speed so it actually feels like he's doing something with it lol.

We continue to post things with the heading @Riot in the hopes of getting a Rioter's attention on this forum, yet I cannot recall a single time where a Rioter has responded to a post in the gameplay section.

I honestly don't think they have anyone look at these boards ever (which is supported by many of the reworks and changes that get implemented).

It's sad because this is a fair question on Karthus going forward and the idea of someone simply acknowledging that it is a fair question would generally be enough to put a lot of people on the boards at ease with the way Riot handles player gameplay dissatisfaction.
