Can there be an AD+mana item

I know people would want to logically call out ER or TF but those items respectively are more of a crit+mana item and a sheen which mana is always attached to.

Actually, I agree with you. Manamune is tied to tear stacking, ER is tied to crit, TF is tied to sheen and AS. AD champions deserve an AD/mana only item (possibly with CDR but nothing else) in the same way that mages get morellonomicon. There are some AD casters that have a hard time stacking tear, don't want crit, and don't want sheen, in the same way that most mages can utilize morello but few can utilize tear of the goddess. When you've got an ability that costs 120 mana and is on a 15 second cooldown you can't use that to stack tear, you need flat mana with no stipulations.

Manamune has no place in this game anymore. It hasn't been relevant in a long time.

Your powerspike once stacked is lesser than simply buying a regular items.
