sometimes my champ pic will be fuzzy, or a summoner spell, or items, etc.

Anyone else?

i also had a situatoin occur where my hp bar wasn't showing on my screen, but only on my champ <.<

I don't know what you're talking about, a screenshot would help immensely. But league of legends has always had some graphical errors, I'd wait until the next patch before worrying; or try solving it by repairing your client.
