League is Almost 9 years, We can only play SR/TT/ARAM and have no Custom Game Editor

The game becomes increasingly stale when the only thing you can do to ease off from playing SR is to just play ARAM and the limited gamemodes we get a few times a year. I don't understand how a small indie Billion dollar gaming company can't afford to make different maps/gamemodes available for Custom games nor be able to design a Custom Game Editor for players to use and create content.

I use to play Starcraft/BW and if you weren't playing 1 v 1 or team vs team then you could enjoy customs by players such as Tower Defense, Special Forces, The Thing, Risk, and etc. Why can't we do that with LoL? Players want the ability to use the champions to do things besides the classic gamemodes.

Let's not forget that ARAM, one of the popular gamemodes along SR, was made by the LoL Community players and was later played on the Proving Grounds which lacked any background art. Custom games breath life into the main game.
