What other champion warps the first 2-3 minutes of a game so extremely around them? Yes you can play around it (?) but you shouldn't have to, in the same way you shouldn't have to play around Evelynn's pre-6 stealth, which is why it was removed.

A champion with a fking ranged charm can always gank even if a charm is slightly delayed
But yeah your point stands Twitch shouldn't be allowed to jungle atleast not on his own
roughvan1 votesHe actually can't jungle, there are only few players who can actually pull it off and even they get destroyed by aggressive champions that can take advantage of his weak early game.
He's especially weak in current meta which is so focused on early game, as long as you don't let him get that lvl 2 gank/kill off.

roughvan1 votesHe only gets first 2-3 minutes so it doesn't matter. I've only faced a couple of twitch jungle players and i've not lost a single time as a jungle main i know how to play against them. I always ping my bot lane to be careful and even type it in chat that there's a good possibility of him going bot lane level 2. It is possible that he will be top, it is quite easy to see who leashed him, was it top or bot as he can't start jungle alone, just based on this knowledge you know if he'll go top or bot, it is 90% bot gank level 2.

This is literally what the OP is about. Look past the effectiveness of Twitch jg in the current meta and look at how he affects the game.
This isn't a cry of "Twitch jg is OP" this is simply a gameplay health concern.

He only has 2-3 minutes, if he doesn't manage to do anything, he lost the game. I don't see a point of nerfing that as i'd love to see more twitch jungle on my enemy's team, so i can win more games.
