If u can't carry Normals confidently, u wont carry Ranked well...

in addition half the time other people on my teams don't care about the normal game, when I have a yasuo ADC and a riven support, with like... mordekaiser jungle, garen mid and then finally full AP fiora is my top laner?

Normals are harder than ranked matches, at virtually every ELO. quality of player is both better and worse.

My team mates and opponents are all higher elo than me in Normals. I don't play normals anymore coz I always feel like i'm at the wrong party lol

Technically false. Normals have a MMR just like ranked. So you'll end up getting matched with people of higher level. You can't have a consistent 60% + winrate in normals, your MMR would keep growing until you face masters +

So to simplify, I'd say you can't carry ranked until you can easily carry normals with people of your ranked MMR, or do decently in normals with higher MMR than ranked (just check opgg,lolnexus or whatever to check the level of the game)

Yes. It's a slightly different environment, but more or less the same overall.

Years ago I'd say to check your normal MMR to see approximately how far you'd go in ranked, but nowadays we can't do that.

The Quality of players i get is norms tend to be higher than Ranked. Example would be today my top laner in normal picked while my top laner in ranked picked . This type of stuff happens a lot more often then it should. I generally feel like i have control in Normal Games while Ranked just feels like a clown fiesta.

From an ADC perspective, it depends on your teammates. You're so squishy as an ADC, and anyone who can reach you will kill you easily. You can't carry normals or Ranked if your team doesn't defend their strongest player. But if they recognize you as the win condition and work to keep you alive, then you can carry. That being said, I believe players in norms are MUCH less likely to work towards enabling a win condition than in Ranked. Even if they're 0/10 with a 12/7 ADC who dies in every fight despite being fed, players in norms will be convinced they can carry and try to 1v5, ignoring their ADC. In Ranked, though this still happens, it happens less. People want to win and gain elo, so they're more likely to recognize that the win goes through keeping their fed member alive. Janna shield for 3/10 Orianna, or 12/4 Kog'Maw? Malphite ult to peel for self, or get divers off fed Jinx?

There are so many cases where this is not true.

In normals you might duo, or trio (for the most part) with friends who are of a different rank than you are. You may be facing opponents who are more equivalent to their rank. The you go play bronze, silver, gold divisions in your ranked games and all of the opponents are the same rank as you.

Normal matches are more volatile so there will be games (especially when you're playing a supportive champion like Taric for example) where you are looking to enable a team member to carry but there is no one on your team capable. While in ranked generally speaking they are better able to play around your abilities and knowing when to capitalize on their invulnerability.

Ranked is easier than norms imo, but that's because my friends are all garbage and feed every game lolol

I have an easier time winning in ranked hands down than norms

I'd say yeah, 100 percent true. If you only play ranked and then maybe one day play a normal game, you'll probably have like 25 kills before it ends.

I wouldn't agree largely because people are in Normals trying things out.

Depends entirely on your MMR for both. I don't think there's a good generalized statement to be made on this issue.
