I know he can be very toxic, specially in the top lane but he's a pretty unique and simple champion.Just don't turn him into something that makes me go to math classes.At least, leave his passive and E alone.Asking for his Q is too much but at least keep his passive and E.

Erockandroll1 votesMy only concern with his Q, is if they are going to reajust his stats, given that they are changing what was the best last hitting tool in the game?
Right now, Vlad has trouble last hitting in the early game due to a low AD, but that's partially made up by how well his Q last hits minions. Remove that, and he will have trouble farming in lane.
Nathaniell11 votesI just fear they are going to destroy him like kassadin, who used to be strong, then they nerfed him.. and nerfed him.. and nerfed him.. his Q,E base dmg is the biggest joke of all ap carries in the game right now (160 and 170).. but at least he was really op.. vladimir isnt.
