So you are trying to say that High elo is made up of only approx. 650 players....... yea no. Diamond is part of high elo. plat....... not so much.

Also if he E's before he ults then he fears everybody around the target instantly. Hard to peel then.

Well i play him and unless the enemy suck at the game ad has no coordination. Aka soloque he is an easy champ to abuse and win. He could be toned down in terms of movement speed and attack speed steroid other than that he is fine.

I might complain about suffering since I main mages but if you main adc or support or Top , you shouldn't complain about WW , he is most likely useful against mages or to counter jungling because he can never lose 1 vs 1 to almost all junglers
