What if taliyah could W herself like Ziggs?

It actually makes more sense than ziggs, since taliyah is literally shoving the piece of ground upwards.

Would be a cool mechanic for Taliyah. (Hopefully we could see this without compensation nerfs.)

Despite saying that self-displaced enemies will not be affected by Last Breath, there is, or at least has been a bug where Yasuo has no issues R'ing champs who are airborne solely because they have their own abilities that do that to themselves like Tris's rocket jump.

Not sure if fixed now. Haven't been paying attention.
