why not make tibbers scale with annie's attack speed items

to give that "ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA" build some annies dream of. ekko uses THE WORLD then annie can use her STAND on them. maybe Sett can use the ROAD ROLLAH!!!

for real though it will make attack speed a incentive/creative build onto her.
