Why everyone stopped complaining about Xin Zhao?

Back when he was buffed everyone said he was broken as hell, but then suddenly, everyone stopped complaning about him. Why?

because why would anyone play xin zhao when you can play yi and thus go around xin's biggest weakness: getting kited by slows

because as soon as they buff him, everyone and their grandma is playing the buffed xin everywhere. after a while it finally dwindles down to less and less people playing him thankfully until it starts to normalize. Also the devouter and rageblade abuse on him....

Because Xin, Yi and Udyr are the three strongest champions right now and thus insta banned in all games. People stopped playing Xin because he was always banned. If people start playing him again now that he's no longer always banned then he'll immediately go back on the perma ban list.

Because he's not the only broken champion at the moment. A lot of tanks/bruisers/assassins/adc are beyond broken yet riot doesn't seem to want to do anything about it
