Shits so broken that hes being played even mid and top right now, you know nothing more fun than losing half of ur hp at lvl 1 because he pressed aa Q AA once into you from range lmao.

Having a strong early game is Lucian's thing. He's a lane bully. He's stronger in the early game than most ADCs, but doesn't scale unless he's able to snowball his early game advantage.
His range is also tied for the shortest among ADCs. He's really not broken at all.
