The only thing they should do is nerf his damage slightly. He does too much damage for the huge amount of utility he provides.

Unlike other champions, Thresh is actually really fun to play and to play against. Only bad players complain about Thresh, learn to sidestep and there is no problem. If Thresh is landing hooks on you left and right, then he is outplaying you. I am so happy riot is killing their oldschool garbage 0 skill trash design like Sona, Nasus, Annie etc. and making high skill mech0nix intensive champs like Thresh, Azir, Ekko, Zed, Yasuo etc.
