Sooooo. Can anyone explain to me how he “falls off” because I’m not seeing it. These early snowball champions don’t fucking fall off. They just don’t get stupid ahead and they go even. They aren’t even a risk to pick anymore.

he doesnt. this isnt season 3 anymore where he builds cleaver into sunfire cape into full tank, and then falls off because of that.

he just stacks jugger items now and stays relevant all game.

as long as he has access to item 3748 item 3053 item 3161 he scales really well.

thank riot for turning item 3053 from a base ad increase to bonus ad.

whoever came up with it explicitly designed the item that way, so divers and skirmishers dont build it for more than defense, and steraks doesnt empower their abilities.

whoever came up with the change to bonus ad, instead of reworking sheen has fucked up big time.

can confirm i saw it in the patch notes one time it was solely due to irelia. they designed it as a juggernaut item but it was simply too good a combo with item 3078 when she used that build.
