He doesn't even have a good lore to begin with. What evil deeds? Does he actually do anything evil? Why should I be afraid of someone I've never really heard of because they are evil? I'm a badass half-dragon/leader of a Freljord tribe/DEMACIAN!/NOXIAN!/CRAZYHEEHEE/Pirate hunter/Evil Hunter/Shadow/I don't know what is that thing?/Ninja/Pirate/Rock. What makes any of those people think they should be afraid of a pipsqueak? I have more reason to fear Lulu than Veigar because she's often lost kids or turned them into things. For Fey-ish fun and games.
(I do actually enjoy playing Veigar, but if he needs changes, this wouldn't be it. And hopefully they make a new more intimidating lore for him someday.)
