an idea about how ranked games should work...(just a idea..)

like many moba games, in order to join ranked games you must get a "mastery badge' to a certain level.. so, why don't riot games make it this way? for example if you are main darius , garen, illaoi you can only play with these champions in ranked as long as you have a mastery 5 + ? and get 100% your selected top lane on your Queue . you main lee, amumu, can only get jungle... i mean the autofill just destroys the game. i am top main , and i got so many times support , and i just fed so hard because i don't know how to play support.
that was just an idea, let me know if you agree or not... bad comments are welcomed too..

Autofill is there with a reason unfortunately, it is here because one roll is way more unpopular(support). removing would take the queues through the roof again. they actually had a fix where they would only enable auto queue if queue times became to long, but then people started to find ways around that. Then even popular youtubers started to explain how to work around the autofill system, causing riot to be forced to permanently enable autofill.

Out of autofill being needed the following problem would arrise. If this system you suggest would be obligated, it should therefore also be obligated that you have at least level 5 mastery points on about 5 champions for every role(2 for the amount of that role in the game 3 for the worst kind of ban phase) Causing you to master 25 champions.

now as for the other problem I have with this system is that it would totally screw up ranked for many people. The way I see it there are 2 kinds of people in ranked: the mains and the populars. Mains pick a character they are good at and the populars pick strong champions and carry with them. the second group of people have a wider skill range, they might be less good on individual champions but they play on popular, high win rate champions to compensate. This idea could totally ruin the ranked experience for people like this, causing them to drop ranked all together.

since you know autofill is a thing and you're going to get support, why not practice support? giving players 100% chance to get their role is going to increase queue time significantly, and there's no reason to require mastery in ranked, because people can be terrible with level 7 mastery, or great with level 2. Plus there are champions that can be played in multiple roles.

well.. because i don't like playing support... not my type of playing the game... and since someone has a mastery badge it means he has an experience of this champion...
