Why did we remove custom urfs?

When RGM came out and we got urf, I noticed we couldn't make custom games anymore with URF mode. My friends and I loved to play custom urf when we had a ton of people on so we would do howling abyss and summoners rift and have fun, but we couldn't do that anymore. Oh yea, where is urf btw?

They only removed it during the ARURF because there was a glitch that allowed you to pick your champions instead of them being random. But it was only in custom.
