Here is how you fix Tahm

P: Consumes the Mark

Q: lower slow by half, Lower damage by 1/3 W: Does not spit out enemy champs and cant now move while eating a enemy champ. Damage is 75% E: Grey life is 50% HPs R: Passive is 75% the damage it is now.

We are done. He will still be good top just not instant win vs most Melee
