My only beef with vayne

Is that she has a knockback/stun.

Her 2 second tumble, decent range, and ability to go stealth numerous times on demand is sufficient considering her unmatched single target damage among ADCs. If someone actually does jump her ass, she should pay dearly for it.

"Vayne is squishy git gud, vayne needs peel, vayne needs this and that and this"

Ha, she is a hell of a lot more self sufficient than many other hypercarries: Jinx Twitch KogMaw who have no viable form of self peel or stealth or great amounts of spammable mobility. Twitch has his stealth I guess but once he's out of it or someone jumps his ass he wont be going stealth anymore, he'll just pop.

I could care less if everything else about vayne stayed the same, so long as that condemn is reworked. She has so many tools to be an asshole in a 1v1, a mini tristana ult on a basic ability isnt something she needs.

I was just thinking last night they could at least make condemn a skillshot. She's one of the few (only?) adc's that are entirely point and click.

The only marksmen I can find that don't have a meaningful skillshot: Kindred's hop is autotargeting, and both their ults aren't really for direct dueling but for more strategic purposes.

Coincidentally, I almost never see either of them bot.

The problem with that would be making the projectile noticeable (and not really ugly looking). Also, then we have to determine if it can hit minions or not, and of course we would have to determine the projectiles speed.

The stun part itself already is basically a skill-shot in and of itself, so adding another on top of that, might be overcomplicating things. All that said, personally I think they should outright remove condemn and give her something different in its place. She really doesn't need more self peel in her kit than she already has, and removing it might help fix her kit (although then we would have to decide what to replace it with, and that would be quite difficult).

yeah her current passive is all of those bad words riot loves to use, "hidden power" "ball-of-stats" or whatever 'cause she's just faster than you with no interaction she just catches up to you and that's life

I just kinda wish it were a dodgeable skillshot that simply ended at walls... Its clunky AF to flash and still get pinned.

Besides his passive auto attack slow that is rather weak without chimes, where is Bards point and click cc? Swain doesn't have any either. A few champs there don't.

All of them do Bard slow on passive does count as point and click since he can click on you and you are slowed I forgot that they changed Swain's Q from point and click even though it was so long ago

I wish they would make it snare instead of stun. I see no reason why an arrow to the wall makes you unable to cast spells. Rito logic.

You're nailed to the wall, unable to move. One could argue the arm movement is required to cast magic since everyone in the game does it. For realsies tho, real life logic doesn't really matter in games that aren't simulators. You gotta suspend some disbelief when you're playing a game with tree people and a time traveling teen prodigy. How does Lux prevent an ally dying from a gunshot to the head by throwing light at them?

She does need peel. She can rarely use that stun to any effect in teamfights.

The knockback is sufficient self peel most times anyways. It's a shitload more than most other ADCs have, especially combined with her tumble and invisibility with ult.

The reason she's seen toplane is because she's so good against melee champions, if they're balanced around a single gap closer then they just become her bitch in lane because whatever initiation is used she simply disengages with condemn and proceeds to chase you down to get extra auto attacks, if she gets into any trouble, in most cases she can just tumble away.

Not saying vaynes not broke but twitch wasnt a good argument. He rushs runnans, bork and ie and then does what vayne does but to three people at the same time. Vayne i can't get to because of condemn. Twitch i can't get to because I die too fast.

Not true, if a bruiser or tank gets on twitch the cc/focus can take him down and he has ZERO ESCAPES.

Vayne can knock people back and tumble away, and with her passive, get back just as fast if needed be.

I can get on twitch as Darius Nasus and slam his face in, cant do the same to vayne because she has so many goddamn tools to escape.

Yeah but those aren't bruisers. You can't get onto an intelligent twitch with a bruiser. Darius and nasus on the other hand can just power through.

I wish it was a skillshot. It would make it easier to secure kills I am not in range for.

The only downside is you lose preloading it to stop that Alistar/Leona dive.

That is a fair trade.
