Allow a Toggle feature for Sunfire Cape and the upcoming Cinderhulk

An item that deals damage to all your nearby enemies. Who would NOT want that? Well, Tanks and Bruisers who are taking down a turret would probably like to not have this feature in that instance. Because Turrets will automatically target anyone who damages a nearby ally, the constant Damage-Over-Time effect from Sunfire Cape item 3068 and the upcoming Cinderhulk can be dangerous for the user. An enemy team member could just walk up to the Tank/Bruiser, take one tick of damage, and force the Tank/Bruiser to retreat.

This is quite annoying for Tanks and Bruisers because they are expected to be up close and personal with the Turret in order to ensure the ADC can safely attack. However, if the Turret starts shooting the Tank or Bruiser, he/she will need to retreat to avoid too much damage, and that can jeopardize the push as the ADC will be missing a protective front-line. A team should not be punished because the Tank or Bruiser wants to buy an item that would benefit the team. Thus, a toggle feature on Sunfire and Cinderhulk would be a very nice QoL change for those two items.

This is also relevant when you're trying to escape through the jungle. Wolves and raptors often wake up on your way out if you have a Sunfire on.

Not to mention, clearing a ward in Baron or Dragon can be very dangerous since the DOT will trigger their aggro.

This is a very old idea, and has gotten no support. The aggro you get from buying a Sunfire Cape is something you must take into consideration when buying it. You don't get to buy it and expect it to not happen.
