@Meddler Thoughts on Fizz

This champion has just been super annoying lately for both top and mid laners, with the recent buffs unless you are leblanc and can jump all over the place he will one shot you at level 6 and if he can't get in range he just goes bot lane and one shots one of them under tower.

It's just not fun top losing to two things he doesn't even have to think about, the hidden power in his bleed and his passive are already incredibly frustrating to play against and it ends up just being outstatted by passives in any trade or all in and adding on AD ratio to his Q was just worseing it.

For mid his Ap scaling on his ult is just way to high for the utility it brings, being hit by a fish at level 11 from fog of war with half health shouldn't mean you just die without commitment from fizz. It's the same argument as old Talon, he shouldn't be near killing champions off of collateral damage too.
